On a typical shift you will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover. You should bring physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling; confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
