Join our team: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Kollam, State of Kerala. The job is on a busy residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Full-time, day shift.
