Backhoe loader operator wanted in Surat

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Surat, State of Gujarat. You will be based at a plant hire yard. The role involves: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines You should bring minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery; knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance; good depth perception and hand-eye coordination. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around ₹14,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
