Prep cook wanted in Sri Sathya Sai

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Sri Sathya Sai, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Full-time with occasional weekends.
