Kitchen porter — Ratnagiri

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ratnagiri, State of Maharashtra. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Full-time with occasional weekends.
