Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₹39,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
