Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Tumkur, State of Karnataka. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. On a typical shift you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. You should bring proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium; steady hands and good close-up eyesight; able to pass a practical weld test on the first day.
