Surface coating operator — Hingoli

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Hingoli, State of Maharashtra. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
