Day to day you will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. You should bring good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts; able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
