Paint booth operator — Peddapalli

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Peddapalli, State of Telangana. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks 3+ years on the tools preferred.
