Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Uttarkashi, State of Uttarakhand. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Ideally you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure.
