Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Pithoragarh, State of Uttarakhand. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Performance bonus on top of base pay.
