Now hiring: we are hiring a site carpenter in Madhepura, State of Bihar. On the job you will handle: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Pay around ₹30,000 per month, based on your experience.
