We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in East Kameng, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should bring understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; basic cake decorating and piping skills. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
