Prep cook — Longding

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Longding, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 2+ years on the tools preferred.
