You should bring able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; 2+ years' experience as a baker; food handler / hygiene certificate. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking.
