Electronics assembly operator wanted in Kolhapur

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Kolhapur, State of Maharashtra. The job is on a production line. Your main tasks: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S ₹30,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
