Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Medak, State of Telangana. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should bring familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; food handler / hygiene certificate; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
