Join our team: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Latehar, State of Jharkhand. Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Ideally you have physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods; good eye for colour matching and blending. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₹37,000 per month, based on your experience.
