Requirements: • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Honest handling of cash-on-delivery money • Able to ride long hours in all weather The role involves keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders; call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub; collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; pick up parcels from the hub and sort them by delivery area.
