You should bring good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
