Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should bring can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg.
