Catering cook — Jalgaon

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Jalgaon, State of Maharashtra. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; strong knife skills and speed on the line. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
