What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹1,350 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
