You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel You will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency.
