Automotive refinish painter • Theni, State of Tamil Nadu

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Theni, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Day to day you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. We are looking for comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE; skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns. 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
