Health and safety supervisor wanted in West Khasi Hills

Join our team: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Overtime paid at a premium rate.
