Kitchen cook — Palamu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Palamu, State of Jharkhand. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 3+ years on the tools preferred.
