Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Mysore, State of Karnataka. We are looking for accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres; 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors. You will read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router.
