Bar waiter — Lohardaga

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar waiter in Lohardaga, State of Jharkhand. You will work in a coffee shop. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₹55,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
