Powder coating operator — Dindigul

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Dindigul, State of Tamil Nadu. Ideally you have knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; willing to work shifts and overtime. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₹20,000 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
