Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Your main tasks: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate Pay around ₹18,000 per month, based on your experience.
