Cake decorator — Raj Nandgaon

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Raj Nandgaon, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work in a bread factory. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
