You will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. You should bring comfortable meeting hourly production targets; punctual with reliable attendance; good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
