The role involves: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
