Now hiring: we are hiring a cement mason in Hnahthial, Mizoram. The job is at an infrastructure site. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers On a typical shift you will float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade.
