Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Sangrur, State of Punjab. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Six days a week, one day off.
