What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
