Catering cook — Baloda Bazar

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Baloda Bazar, State of Chhattisgarh. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
