Vacancy available: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Faridkot, State of Punjab. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Day-to-day duties: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish We offer ₹26,500 per month plus benefits.
