Overlocker operator — Mathura

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a busy garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Day to day you will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₹28,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
