Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Kasaragod District, State of Kerala. You will work on a high-rise construction site. The role involves carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Pay around ₹18,500 per month, based on your experience.
