Vertical milling machine operator — West Tripura

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in West Tripura, Tripura. You will be based in a toolroom. Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
