We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Angul District, State of Odisha. You will work on the moulding line. Day to day you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. We are looking for able to read simple casting drawings and job cards; physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
