Day to day you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. We are looking for prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing; confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
