Hand presser — Kozhikode

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Kozhikode, State of Kerala. Day to day you will give each garment a final press before packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Ideally you have able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets; aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. ₹26,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
