Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Pay around ₹22,000 per month, based on your experience.
