Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Mahe, Union Territory of Puducherry. You will work at a road-building project. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; check for underground cables and services before digging. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₹29,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
