Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Faridabad District, State of Haryana. Ideally you have able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes 3+ years on the tools preferred.
