Fire and safety officer — Papum Pare

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Papum Pare, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work on a high-rise building project. Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
